It hydrates and gives me nice soft skin without leaving any greasy feel and I absolutely love it’s fragrance free. The texture is great, it’s light, it absorbs well but it doesn’t last 24 hours as it says. I usually apply around lunch time but by bed time my skin is dry again. On the plus side my skin isn’t ashy or itchy. It didn’t heal my dry cracked heel but it did keep it from getting worst I am happy with it, this one says it’s the medium level on the bottle, I think I need the rich level.

They have finally gone fragrance-free with this lotion, and with the ceramides, it helps so much with dry skin. I've suffered with dry skin for many years, especially on my hands. When I received the bottle of Cetaphil, I kept it near my sink, and used it 2-3x daily after washing my hands. After 7 days, I noticed that my hands looked much smoother, and my skin wasn't so tight. Even the chafing/redness improved!! The lotion itself isn't greasy at all, and it's creamy enough to spread over my hands without using much of it. A little goes a long way, which I look for in a lotion. I'm very impressed with this product, and will be purchasing it in the future.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Obsessed With This!! I've been using Cetaphil on my face because it's fragrance free, no harsh ingredients and I just love their products. I knew about their lotions but never tried it. Winter's are brutal on my skin, it just is so dry and I've tried everything!! I received this and the next day, my skin really felt so moisturized!!! This lotion really helps with my dry skin and the rough feeling that I was always feeling! On areas that I thought would never smooth out and feel good, Cetaphil Ultra Healing lotion definitely made my skin feel moisturized and gentle without all the fragrances and and it's great for sensitive skin also!!
