CETAPHIL PROFESSIONAL FAQ
REGISTRATION
Cetaphil Professional is exclusively available for Dermatologists by invitation only during the soft launch period. We will be inviting more HCPs in 2023 so please be on the lookout for an invite.
If you have received the QR code or link to Cetaphil Professional, you are among the first invited users and can proceed to registration.
Please follow the steps below to register:
1. Go to https://registration.cetaphilprofessional.com or scan the QR code.
2. Enter your NPI ID and submit. The system will verify if you are eligible to proceed.
3. Provide your name, surname, and email address.
4. You will receive an email with a request to confirm your email address.
5. You will receive a welcome email with a link to sign into Cetaphil Professional.
Welcome to Cetaphil Professional! You can now order Cetaphil’s newest and most-requested patient samples direct to your office along with coupons and educational material.
Your NPI ID was not recognized by the system, and you are not eligible to register at this time. Cetaphil Professional will soon be available to all interested Dermatologists.

After validating your account, Cetaphil Professional can be accessed 24 hours a day. Log in by scanning your QR code or visiting https://cetaphilprofessional.com and entering your email and password. We recommend creating a ‘bookmark’ for the weblink for easy access.
We are starting Cetaphil Professional with a ‘soft launch’ to ensure the website is optimized for your ease and convenience long term! The Cetaphil Professional website offers patient samples and coupons, product efficacy data and other resources and scientific information that will always be exclusive to healthcare providers.

ORDERING CETAPHIL PATIENT SAMPLES & COUPONS
1. Visit the Products and Samples page to see an overview of available patient samples.
2. Add samples to your cart by clicking “ADD SAMPLES TO CART”.
3. Alternatively, you can add samples directly to your cart from the product page.
4. Samples in your cart will be visible at the top right of the screen. When you finish adding your samples, simply click the cart icon to proceed to check out. You will receive order confirmation email with your order details.
5. Expect patient samples to arrive to your office in 5-7 business days.
Nothing! Cetaphil Professional and our product offerings are completely free.
You may order up to 6 boxes of samples per order per product. Each box contains 12-18 individual samples, depending on product size. You may order up to 20 boxes of samples per month.
We are launching Cetaphil Professional with Cetaphil’s newest and best performing products. Product availability will continue to expand.

Yes! Coupons are available for order and is as simple as ordering samples.
At this time, samples ordered via Cetaphil Professional are only available for US Board-Certified Dermatologists, who are not currently supported by a Cetaphil brand representative and were invited to the launch of Cetaphil Professional. We will be expanding the Cetaphil Professional to additional healthcare professionals in the future.
If you received an order confirmation email but haven’t received a shipment confirmation email, your order may still be in process. If you received a shipment confirmation email, and haven’t received your samples after 2 weeks, please contact us at https://www.galderma.com/contact-us.
